To ensure you receive the support you need, we offer access to trainer assistance from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. During these times, you can reach out to a qualified instructor for guidance, clarification, or any questions you may have regarding the course content. This setup provides the benefits of both independent learning and personalized support, without the need to attend live sessions.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion, demonstrating their knowledge and readiness to work safely in environments where arc flash hazards are present.
